Ken has prepared contracts to address many different business settings including novel issues.  He can create an original contract, or work with an industry standard form so that it works to protect your business and interests.

One client remarked that their sales calls are now reduced to discussing services and not contractual concerns.  "Our customers put their written questions away once they start reading.  The contract answers all of their concerns and questions."

Complex business acquisitions with or without mergers are conducted thoughtfully and thoroughly by Ken.  He knows it's important to understand your underlying business and your goals.  Ken has represented both the buy-side and sell-side in acquisitions and mergers of private and publicly held businesses.
