Attorney Lerman's Practice:

 

Attorney Ken Lerman's law practice focus areas are:   business,  securities, corporate, contracts, and commercial real estate law.

 

Attorney Ken Lerman started his law firm in Dec. 1988. 

 

He is admitted to the Connecticut state bar,  to the state bar of Florida, and is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.  Ken graduated Emory University School of Law.  He was a member of the legal fraternity  Phi Delta Phi (Lamar Inn) at Emory.   Before law school, he graduated from Clark University with a B.A. with double majors in Business Management, and in Government. 

 

Ken is Vice Chairman of the Connecticut Bar Association's Business Law section; he was elected by his peers in 2018.  He has been on the Executive Committee since 2004.   Ken served as the Treasurer of the Business Law section 2004 - 2018.

 

Ken is a member of the Connecticut, Hartford County, and American Bar Associations, and the Florida Bar.   He is a member of the ABA Business Law, and Real Estate Law Sections.
