Ken represents businesses from start-up phase to private and public corporations with revenues of $75 million. Representation can be for the entity, the owners or investors, or segregated groups of owners and investors.
Attorney Lerman started his law firm in Dec. 1988.
Ken is admitted to the Connecticut state bar, to the state bar of Florida, and is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. Ken graduated Emory University School of Law. He was a member of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi (Lamar Inn) at Emory. Before law school, he graduated from Clark University with a B.A. with double majors in Business Management, and in Government.
Ken served as Chairman of the Connecticut Bar Association's Business Law section upon election by his peers for 2022 - 2024. He has been on the Executive Committee since 2004. Ken served as the Treasurer 2004 - 2018, and as Vice Chair 2018 - 2022, and as Chair 2022 - 2024 of the Business Law section.
Ken is a member of the Connecticut, Hartford County, and American Bar Associations, and the Florida Bar. He is a member of the ABA Business Law, and Real Estate Law Sections.
